“There is a Purpose that invades all human purposes and a Wisdom that invades all human wisdoms. To seek to relate oneself to such a purpose and such a wisdom is to seek to know God and to walk in God’s Way. The discipline of growth becomes the discipline of the spirit.”
Howard Thurman

What is Inclusive Community Coaching?
Who is Coaching For?
Spiritual and inclusive community coaching is an interrelated process in that they both are connected to community. The first relates to inner reality we refer to as spirit and has to do with deep discernment, reflection, and understanding. The second relates to an external reality we refer to as social-cultural and has to do with deep-level commitment, self-agency, change, and action. If you find yourself wanting to do more to make the world a more just and inclusive place, but feel stuck, then this coaching is for you. Please contact me for a free 30-minute consult.
The Spiritual Reality
There is a deeper level of reality that we experience as our inner self. Religious and spiritual traditions assert that there is such a reality that we cannot apprehend with our obvious senses. There are deeper dimensions and these deeper dimensions can be explored through the use of various spiritual practices. The sense of self that we identify with during our waking consciousness is different from that of an altered state consciousness. Christians refer to these realms as heaven as opposed to earth or above rather than below. Some scientists are beginning to associate metaphysical reality with quantum physics.
Spiritual Practice
There are many ways to connect with this deep inner reality. They include prayer, meditation, art, sports, ritual, yoga, fasting, music, reading, nature, relaxation and more. We need to disconnect from our normal mode of consciousness in order to receive more subtle information. Various levels of consciousness are reflected in our breathing and brain waves.
Spiritual Resources
Depending on our needs, desires, or intentions, or hopes, resources can be made available in the forms such as knowledge, guidance, discernment, understanding, vision, and solutions.
Inclusive Community Vision
An Inclusive Community vision expresses the desired outcome of a collective social reality where no one is left out or behind, and everyone receives the affirmation, encouragement, and support one needs in order to thrive. An Inclusive reality must first become an interior and intrinsic reality, before it can properly express itself on the externally.
The Challenge and the Call
All of us are called by the community within us to create community. Not everyone will hear. Upon hearing, not everyone will respond. The challenge is will you be the one who hears and responds?
